Chicken Adobo and Free Shuttle Ride Craze!

16th day of November, everyone is excited, everyone is expecting for their hardwork to be paid, 1:30 PM is the time we've been waiting for. The long wait is over. And then blank.
"Your current balance is 0.00 Php" as the text across the screen flashes at everyone's face
Frustrated, everyone left the atm machine with no money with them. After how many hours text began to circulate, "The company will be giving away free lunch and free shuttle ride, this is due to the delayed payout. "
I woke up around 5:40 in the afternoon, and i still feel sleepy that time. Without hesitation I began to do the things i need to do and got ready for work. I read on the text messages, well almost 23 of them was just about the delayed payout. I was laughing while reading some the text messages. One of them was from my Mareng Jacq.
"Mapapakain ba ang anak ni steph ng free food at free shuttle ride na yan?"
After reading everything, i just gone through the usual things it's like I am not affected at all. Well I don't know maybe because I do'nt have my own-family to support , or maybe I don't have big responsibilities with my family yet, you know things like that. I am just a carefree dumb ass spending money for my own pleasure.
But at the back of my mind, I was like hey! I need to pay 1000 bucks to my co-worker what the hell! But as if that can do anything haha.
Moving on, when I arrived at work some of the supervisors are mumbling about the expected high rate of absenteeism for the day. but it turned out to be that it is not. Almost all of employees on our account are still present and ready to work. Oh yeah mahirap na nga talaga ang buhay ng pinoy.
And then around 12:00 our Operations Manager started to give out "free lunch stub". And i said to myself "totoo pala yung free lunch" mala feeding program ng company, pampalubag loob haha.
It turned out that I didn't use my food stub, coz I have my own packed lunch with me. While in the pantry I am observing each and everyone, all of them have the same viand: "The Legendary Chicken Adobo". Natawa ako because some of them are commenting that it taste good, some said it's too salty for them and even I overheard behind my back that this guy is actually begging to have his co-agent's food stub. Haha nakulangan siguro sa kinain gusto pa ng part two.
Then the set-up at the lobby was like this. May mahabang puting lamesa, and mahabang pila. Lolz nakakatuwa pagmasdan kasi parang rasyon lang sa mga preso. Hindi ako nangmamata. I am just that observant with what's happening around me. Kung wala akong baon aba! eh bakit bibili pa ko kung may free food lang din naman.
And about dun sa free shuttle ride, I don't know walang balita eh. Well I guess totoo din. :)
Ganito pala ang eksena sa company pag delayed ang sweldo. Now I know
i've also experienced getting my check delayed. the company gave us coke.
This is one thing na ayoko maranasan. Swerte naman at never pa nadelay sweldo namen. Nagkaproblem dati pero fault ng Metrobank.

Naku. Haggard. Sana dumating na sweldo mo. :) Pero sobrang weird kasi may mga pampalubag-loob pa pala sa ganyan . :)
sa kwento mo pa lang ramdam na ang pagkain. meron pa palang libre ngayon. hehehe...
